Comfortable beds, clean room, with a nice pool area to cool off in before our noon departure, conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the city center and near the bus station for easy transport options.

Nothing to improve.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the large, comfortable rooms. The hotel was a short walk to the ADO bus station and the central plaza, which made exploring the area easy.

My kids wished the Wi-Fi was faster in the room. It would be great if the hotel offered a dedicated family area in the pool for more fun together.

The Classic Double Room was pretty spacious with two comfy beds and plush pillows. The shower was great, though I had to adjust the temperature a bit since it was super warm. Had solid toiletries and a hair dryer, which was nice. The wifi worked well, but the TV was just okay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially in the heat. Overall, a decent stay but not without its quirks.
